Our guarantee policies for web design and search engine marketing differ as seen below.

Web Design Guarantee

We will build your web site to your specifications and needs, and continue working it until you are 100% satisfied with the end result. If you are not 100% satisfied and decide to discontinue our services before project completion you will not be required to pay the final 50% due upon completion of the project, and we will give you everything that we have done up to that time. The 50% deposit is nonrefundable.

Search Engine Marketing Guarantees

We make no guarantees for ranking ranges, specific rankings, or even getting into the various search engines. The reasons for this include (but are not limited to):

• Time to index for each search engine varies.
• Search engines may stop accepting submissions without notice.
• Search engine policies may change without notice.
• Search engine ranking criteria and algorithms may change at anytime and without notice.
• Search engines may delete sites for unknown reasons.

Basically, the reason we do not make any guarantees for our search engine marketing services is that the search engines are volatile and out of our control. We can only control how we optimize your site and submit the pages. We cannot control anything else, and, therefore, cannot make any guarantees, except for the following:

• We will put forth our very best effort to achieve the highest possible rankings using all of the search engine marketing knowledge we have acquired, plus any new safe search engine marketing techniques that we may learn from colleagues or develop in-house.
• We will not use any search engine marketing tricks or techniques that are considered search engine spam, not even at your request.
